		<description>I don&#039;t think they&#039;re planning to make web programming any less of a hassle - they can&#039;t without breaking compatibility with HTML and JS.

What they&#039;re trying to do is design it so that the browser runs the same AJAX applications, just much better. From what I&#039;ve read the focus is on a much improved JS engine and tab isolation.

Their web development package is pretty huge and current browsers look sluggish when trying to run it. Joelonsoftware had an article just about that a while back:
